All of the main political parties were in favour of invading Iraq. It was a decision taken by parliament. There were very few exceptions. It was also the point in my life when I totally lost faith in politics in general and the labour party in particular. Why could these MPs not see that they would be killing innocent people and creating more extremists. Now the chickens are coming home to roost and they haven't got a clue.

Ah, WMDs ready for firing in 45 minutes and the sexed up dossier.
Watched that film about the suicide of David Kelly a few weeks back. Didn't take much notice of events at the time but fuck me was he stitched up and hung out to dry. Poor fucker
